Overview
AKA is proud to introduce the Rivet as AKA's first-ever carpet tire for 1/10th 2wd and 4wd Buggy Racing! The Rivet features a dense, small pin tread pattern to keep you riveted to the track. The unique design of the individual pins consists of a square base which transitions to a traditional round pin to provide added pin support under heavy load. The outer rib is a nod to AKA's ever-popular Rebar tire which is widely used in oval racing. The rib design helps reduce aggressiveness resulting better drivability and reduced lap times!
Rivet tires are available in a 1/10th buggy rear, 2wd, and 4wd front. Offered in two compounds specially formulated for carpet racing, Soft Carpet and Medium Carpet.
