Order I received is not the item/items ordered.
Provided the item you received is unopened we’ll organize the correct goods to be dispatched as soon as possible. You will be provided with a no-cost return addressed courier satchel (or similar) for the return of the incorrect goods.
Order has arrived and is faulty.
If you need to return your order/part of the order because the goods are faulty, please contact us to see if we can diagnose the problem over email. You may be required to repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation.
Order has not arrived.
Please check the tracking details that would have been emailed to you. If the item is no longer tracking or has been in transit for an unreasionable amount of time, then contact us.
RC Source and/or our carriers are unable to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
RC Source does not accept change of mind or buyer remorse returns, so please choose carefully!
Return shipping cost to RC Source, New Zealand is the responsibility of the customer.
